The manufacturing unit of AAC blocks a new eco-friendty green building material has been set up at Bagnan in technical collaboration with HESS AAC Systems, Netherland who are the pioneers in the world for AAC Machinery. 

Autoclaved Aerated Concrete or AAC is a steam-cured cementitious product manufactured from a mix of pulverized fly ash, cement, lime, gypsum and an aeration agent, giving it its unique porous structure. AAC is an intelligent building solutions system compared to conventional bricks because of its light weight, excellent thermal insulation, acoustic properties, fire resistance and energy efficiency.

LIGHT WEIGHT

KONCRETE blocks have only one fifth of normal concrete weight and are two to three times lighter than clay brick. AAC's light weight ensures that the foundation of a building are lightly loaded, yet it is strong enough to bear several floors

 ACOUSTICS

Because of its tiny air cell structure, it provides superior sound insulation. It can achieve the standard 40-50 db for partition walls. KONCRETE AAC blocks have excellent acoustic performance and can be used as effective sound barrier for conference halls, IT offices, schools, hospitals, hotels and theaters.

THERMAL INSULATION

Lower Thermal conductivity - it is a natural insulator. KONCRETE's cellular structure gives it a thermal efficiency 10 times higher than that of aggregate concrete and six times better than clay brick. Save about 25% cost of installation and recurring costs of electricity.
